I offer ongoing, monthly online and in person coaching designed to help you build strength, improve movement, and stay consistent without extremes or burnout. Coaching includes personalized training, regular check-ins, and direct support through the Everfit app.
While coaching is billed monthly, a minimum 3-month commitment is strongly recommended to allow enough time for progress, adaptation, and long-term results.
Pricing is discussed after we connect to make sure the coaching structure aligns with your goals, experience, and expectations.
