Online Strength Coaching

Ongoing, personalized online coaching designed to help you build strength, move better, and stay consistent, without burnout.

This option is ideal if you want structure, accountability, and support, but need flexibility in when and where you train.

In-Person Personal Training

One-on-one personal training sessions for local clients in the Bend, Oregon who prefer hands-on coaching and in-person guidance.

In-person training focuses on building strength, improving movement, and increasing confidence in the gym, all within a supportive, realistic framework.
